TPC Art Finance can provide clients immediate funds in advance of a sale at auction. In such circumstances, the artwork serves as the collateral for the loan. Once sold, proceeds are used to pay-down the loan.

Our extensive experience in finance and the art market enables us to provide a straightforward and streamlined loan process from start to finish. We lend against marketable works of fine art from Old Master, 19th Century, Impressionist and Modern through to Post War and Contemporary art. This also includes American paintings and artists who are more active in the primary market or new to the secondary market. Other areas of collecting are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The process typically involved three stages and loans are typically closed in 2-4 weeks from initial inquiry.
